The terms for website projects agreed directly with Awais Bukhari and Tech Arizon Ltd. Last updated 28 October 2026.
These terms apply to projects agreed directly with Awais Bukhari and Tech Arizon Ltd (“we”, “us”). Orders placed through Fiverr are covered by Fiverr’s own Terms of Service, which take priority where they differ.
Every project starts with a written scope that lists the pages, features, timeline and price. Work outside this scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Direct projects normally require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due before the site goes live or the files are handed over. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote.
You are responsible for providing text, images, logins and other materials on time, and for having the rights to use them. Delays in receiving content may move the delivery date.
The number of revision rounds is set out in your quote. Further changes after approval are billed separately.
Every launch includes 30 days of free support to fix any issues with the work we delivered. After 30 days, updates, new features and fixes are available through a monthly care plan or a separate quote.
Once paid in full, you own the final website and its content. Third-party themes, plugins and licences remain subject to their own licence terms. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or costs from hosting companies, plugin developers, payment gateways or other third-party services.
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
Either party may cancel a direct project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable, and deposits cover work already started.
